The Clickonit Participating Partner Software has been upgraded to now work completely on-line and within many modern browsers. This now opens the software up to work from any devices that can run a modern web browser, from your Computer, Tablet or your Mobile Phone. It will also now run on any major operating system such as Windows, iOS, Linux & Android.

GETTING STARTED

How do I get access?

After Approval, setup and payment, Clickonit will activate your On-line Participating Partner Software and provide you with a Username & Password for easy access.


How do I Log in?

Once you have received your Username & Password from Clickonit, go to http://www.clickonit.co.za  then to Login in the Menu Bar on the top of the Web Page, Enter your Username & Password, Click on the Login button.


How does it work?

The Dashboard consists of a menu on the left and the workspace area on the right. The workspace has 3 easy access buttons that allow you to:

   1.   Record transactions (Green)

   2.   Issue New Cards (Blue) and

   3.   View your History (Orange)

It also contains statistics of the Loyalty Network with the records of transactions you have, cards you issued and how many loyalty members are linked to those issued cards. Below that is a graph of transactions done with you by the Loyalty Network.


How are the Transactions Recorded?

Select "New Transaction" easy access button. Enter the Card number or RSA Bar Coded ID Number of the Card Holder, If registered, an info box will appear with the Member's details.

   1.   Verify that the details are correct and proceed.

   2.   Enter the Amount of the Transaction

   3.   Enter Receipt Number or Reference Number for your own records.

   4.   Click on "Save Transaction".

A notification will appear to inform you if the transaction was recorded successfully.

ISSUE CARDS

How do I issue a new Loyalty Card?

Click on the "Issue New Card" easy access button. You will be taken to your branded Card Registration page, where the Partner Team Number is already filled in. Fill in the registration form completely, all fields are required, then click on the Create Membership Account button. If the registration was successful, you should be presented with a Card Number.

The Client will now receive an email to confirm his / her Membership.

What should I do if the Card was not issued?

Firstly you should ensure that you completed all the fields in the Registration form, if this is the case, you should keep open the registration failure screen with the registration error and contact the Clickonit Loyalty Team during office hours on 044 874 6140 for assistance.



ONLINE MALL

How do I get on the Mall?


There are three categories of Participating Partners, In-store, On-line or Both. To sell your products on the Clickonit Loyalty Mall, you need to contact the Clickonit Loyalty Team on 044 874 6140 and request your profile to be activated.


How do I manage my Mall profile or Returns Policy?


Once activated, you can click Online Mall in the menu on your Dashboard. Then click on Store Profile and make changes to your Mall profile and also edit your Returns Policy. Once you have completed all your changes, click on the Update Shop Profile button to commit the changes.

How do I get my products on the Mall?


To sell your products on the Clickonit Loyalty Mall, you can click On-line Mall in the menu on your Dashboard, click on Store Inventory & then click on Add New Store Items. You will be presented with a Product page, fill in all the required information & then click on the Add New Product button. Note: If you cannot find a product category available for your products, please contact the Clickonit Loyalty Team on 044 874 6140 and we will gladly add the categories you require for your products.

How do I make changes to my products?


To make changes to your products on the Clickonit Loyalty Mall, you can click Online Mall in the menu on your Dashboard, click on Store Inventory & then click on Manage Store Items. You will be presented with a Product Inventory page that will display all the products in your inventory. Here you can disable or enable a product on your Store & Delete the inventory item completely. You can also click on Manage to change the inventory product details.

How do I manage any of my Online orders?


Your orders through the Clickonit Loyalty Mall can be managed by clicking Online Mall in the menu on your Dashboard, click on Orders & then click on Manage Orders. You will be presented with a Orders page that will display all the open orders for your Store. Here you can view the order, generate the order as a PDF, notify customers that their order is ready for pick-up or dispatch & also to finalize the order. Open orders are highlighted green, finalized orders are highlighted red.


Where do I get my Online order history?


Click Online Mall in the menu on your Dashboard, click on Orders & then click on Completed Orders. You will be presented with a Completed Orders page that will display all the completed orders for your Store.

HISTORY

How do I view my transaction history?


Click on the View History easy access button in the workspace on your Dashboard. You will be taken to a Transaction History page, where all your transactions are listed. You can even search by date and generate a Pdf. Report. This report can be printed out, saved or mailed.


Can I search my transaction history?


Yes, there is a provided seach field that searches the entire table for any value or text you enter that matches and filters the results to only display those searched results.


Can I contact any of these people in my transaction history?


These people are your loyal customers and you have full access to their contact details. Just click on the row in the transaction table to have their contact details displayed.
